Shipping
We only ship to addresses in the United States. All merchandise will be shipped US Postal Service.
Shipping and handling charges are $9.95 for the continental U.S. Orders over $75.00 ship for free.
Sales Tax
Isabella's Treasures does collect sales tax on orders shipped to Iowa and Nebraska. The sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and is added to your order when you check out.
Exchanges & Returns
Any problems with an order must be reported within five (5) days of merchandise receipt, either by phone or email. We have a ten (10) day exchange or refund policy. The customer is responsible for paying for insured return shipping and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items are warranted for 30 days. If the item breaks or is damaged, the buyer may return the item and Isabella's Treasures will determine if the item is repairable. Isabella's Treasures will pay for return shipping on repaired items.
Simply send the item back to us along with the invoice number. Please note that on custom made items we may not be able to restore your item to its original condition. If additional components are needed or additional components are asked for by the customer for the repair/addition, there may be a charge for that repair. If there is to be a charge the customer will be contacted before any work is done.
